Realist Review: NOA Lounge

Updated: Jan 25, 2021

Now if you’re wondering where the first restaurant should be after lockdown then i've got a suggestion for you = N O A L O U N G E.

p.s I hope y'all are all well and safeee<3

I went to this place around October last year (2019) for my mates dinner birthday surprise and honestly the staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming!!! I made a reservation letting them know if they can put candles on one of their desserts for my mate and they deliveeeeered!

Obviously when you first walk in you see the cute lil chandelier as well as the famous teddybear on the sofa wheree you get to take those pictures for the ‘gram. The interior is super pretty as well - velvet, pink/purpley themed.

DRINKS

We ordered everything at once except the desserts which were last. The first things that came to the table was the drinks we ordered. Of course we had to order mocktails so we ordered a pinacolda and candyfloss coolers (£5.50) - the menu for mocktails were quite limited but looking at the menu now they’ve up’d their game and added in more for choice. The candy floss coolers were those drinks that melted once pouring in the liquid which was cayooot and tasted literally like candyfloss, super sweet.

Candyfloss Cooler [£5.50]

MAIN COURSE

For the mains I ordered from the signutaure menu the lamp chops (£12) and dynamite prawns (as a side😂) (£13)  masala chips from the small plates (£4.90). They were all amazing - the masala chips weren’t too sour nor sickening which I dislike on masala chips because it literally takes the taste away and the lamps were cooked to perfection!

My favourite were the dynamite prawns which wasn’t sickening either as it can taste too much like vinegar as some dynamite prawns/shrimps do, but it was similar to the ones in pfchang but almost better.

Dynamite Prawns [£13]

DESSERTS

Lastly we had ordered dessert which included two vanilla cheesecakes; New York style with a drizzle of toffee sauce and a rich chocolate fudge cake served with warm custard.  I had the cheesecake which actually baaanged; it wasn’t sickening and the texture was super soft and 🤤🤤🤤🤤 it was the best cheesecake I’ve had basically!

So would I go there again? The answer is YES - its halalfoodieqt approved 🤪 ✌🏻 ATMOSPHERE: 10/10 🍹 DRINKS: 7/1O 🍽 FOOD: 8.5/10 ⭐️ OVERALL RATING: 9/10

Like I said they delivered sooooo well from the service to adding sparklers onto the cake and making us feel soooo welcomed; one of the best services ive ever had. Just a quick side note, they accept Cash only so remember to take some out before hand!

Before y’all like if this was in October how do you remember the exact taste, well if you went through such amazing service and food, you’re bound to remember the details - as lockdown is slowly easing, this is one of the places I defo recommending going to, I know I will! 🤪

Until next timeeee, T x
