REFUND POLICY

All of our products are non-refundable due to sanitary issues, the nature of the products and especially during the pandemic therefore please be aware that all sales are final when purchasing. This also includes if you want to cancel your orders before receiving or shortly after purchasing.

We are also not liable if you enter the wrong address – in these situations, items are NOT refundable either. Please make sure you double checking your address before sending off as confirming payment finalises the sale.

Although we do quality check numerous times, should there be any problems with the product, please make sure to take pictures & email qtempire@hotmail.com straight away.

Please check for any skin allergies before hand. If you are allergic to nuts, please double check with a professional whether the oils that are used in our products is suitable for you. We will NOT be liable for any allergies so please double check before purchasing as every sale is final.

Please also do a 24 hour patch test should you have any concerns. All of our products have an ingredients section where we are very transparent therefore please check under ingredients for any concerns.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes incurred at any borders, the customer is responsible for this. Packages with unpaid customs will be disposed and we do not incur nor give a refund for this. If your parcel is held at customs or border control of any country for however period of time, this is beyond our control and something we do not interfere in.
​ PLEASE NOTE: once shipped, QT Empire is not responsible nor compensates for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. However we can try to help only through Royal Mail therefore If your package (with correct address) has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact Royal Mail as well QT Empire.
