SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that due to coronavirus, Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays therefore your parcel may take longer than usual. Please wait 10 days after the usual delivery time and if your parcel is not with you, please contact us.

Once your order has been places with us, you will receive an email confirmation, if you do not receive this, please contact us as soon as possible to check if we have the right email however please make sure to check your junk before contacting us.

 

Our processing time can take up to 1-2 days (normally we try to process 12 hours after your purchase time!) We will NOT be held accountable if you have written the wrong address, and the parcel is lost as we do not add a return address. Therefore, please email us within 12 hours of purchase; If you contact us about a error after sealed package and labelled but not taken to the post office yet, you will have to pay a fee for us to re-buy your shipping label in order for it to be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: once shipped, QT Empire is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. However we can try to help only through Royal Mail (if they allow us too) therefore if your package (with correct address) has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact Qt Empire as soon as possible. Please wait 10 days after the supposedly delivered day before you contact us about your missing parcel. As mentioned, if it comes to the fact that the parcel is lost, QT Empire will not responsible for any costs. 

If a email bounces back, we will not ship until we receive a email from you, therefore please make sure you add the correct email address.

Are you guys vegan?

Yes we are! We're also cruelty free 🐰, paraben free🧪 and handmade with love! 🤍

Can pregnant people use your products?

Please seek professional advice before using however we do not recommend using our products while pregnant.

 

I have skin allergies, should I be purchasing?

All of our products have an ingredients section where we are very transparent therefore please check under ingredients for any concerns. Please do a 24 hour patch test should you be concerned. We are not liable for any skin allergies! Please refer to our refund policy on skin allergies.

I'm allergic to latex! 

No worries! we use latex free gloves! :D

What shipping method do you use?

Royal Mail! P.S they are currently experiencing delays so please bare with them! 🥺  "issssaaaa pandemiiiiiiicccc!"

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have two options, standard international or track and signed international! :) Normally for Europe, packages arrive 3-5 business days whilst the rest of the world (zone 1, 2, 3)  is 6-7 business days after processing, click here to see which category your country falls in.

PLEASE NOTE: 

We are not responsible for duties and taxes incurred at any borders, the customer is responsible for this. Packages with unpaid customs will be disposed and we do not incur nor give a refund for this. If your parcel is held at customs or border control of any country for however period of time, this is beyond our control and something we do not interfere in. 

What are the delivery prices?

We give you the options at the check out to help your peace of mind.

UK Standard Delivery: £1.99 (free over £25) 

Normally arrives in 2-3 business days AFTER processing.

UK 1st Class Delivery: £2.39

Normally arrives in 1-2 business days AFTER processing.

UK Tracking Delivery: £3.99

Normally arrives in 2-3 business days, tracked AFTER processing.

International Standard Delivery: £4.00 

Normally arrives in 3-5 days for Europe and rest of the world in 6-7 business days AFTER processing.

 

International Tracking and signed Delivery- £9.00

Normally arrives in 3-5 days for Europe and rest of the world in 6-7 business days AFTER processing.

Please note business days are specifically monday-friday and do not include the weekends.

Oh no I've written the wrong address!

Please be aware that if you have entered the incorrect address, you will NOT receive a refund therefore you need to contact us as soon as possible, before the 12 hours after your purchase! 

Oh no I've realised I've written wrong address 12 hours after purchasing!

You will need to contact us soon as possible and if the parcel is still with us and hasn't been sent to the post office yet, please be aware you will have to pay a fee for shipping labels again.

Why do you take time in processing?

We try not to however we worry that some may enter incorrect information so we give them 12 hours to rectify. 12 hours later your purchase time, your parcel is handled with care and filled with goodies! 🙈

Can I cancel my order?

No, every purchase is final, please look at our refund policy before purchasing.
